My family


My spouse (Ruth) and daughter (Ana) live in Urbana, Illinois. You can visit our family website here. Ruth works at the Kirchner Robert G Law Office in Champaign, Illinois. She studied Law and Political Science at the University Of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has a website here. You can find her email there.

I am the oldest son of Juan Manuel and María de la Luz. My two brothers, both younger than me, are Ricardo Rodrigo and Erik Daniel.

My dad owns and runs a restaurant in downtown Mexico City, called Casa Rosalia which specializes in Spanish food, but their menu is quite international nowadays. He has an email account from hotmail.com with user name alvarezmarcelino. He studied Business at ULSA some time ago ;-)

My mom is an elementary school teacher in Mexico City. She has an email account from acan.com.mx with user name maluy. She studied to be a teacher some time ago too ;-)

My brother Rik lives in Barcelona with his wife Aline. He posts some info at www.tumamajirafa.com, and he has an email account from gmx.de with user name okcomputerik. He is working at the Barcelona campus of the Sae Institute. He used to work for Behringer in Willich, Germany. He studied Audio Engineering at the Sae Institute, first at the Munich campus, then at the Madrid campus, and finally at the Amsterdam campus. Before that, he was studying music at Fermatta. Earlier, he was studying Electrical Engineering at UNAM in Mexico.

My brother Erik has an email account from acan.com.mx with user name edav.info. He is studying Computer Engineering at Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City. He was studying at ITESM-CCM before that, and at ITESM-CEM before. Before that he was studying at ITAM.
