I celebrated my 30th birthday in Saskatoon with my friends Paula and Simone. Simone baked a delicious marbled cake that you can see in the picture, and Paula made some great chocolate treats.
Paula plays guitar and sings, so we had some singing going on, with Simone joining Paula.
We also sat around chatting for a while.
And we drank some good tea Simone had at home.
It is strange for people that live in warm climate to hear that you need to use a block heater in your car so it'll start in those cold winter mornings.
